What is the Future for Buzz?
The Mission Statement remains the same. Identify, manage, and save as many learning, behavioral, and emotionally challenged students as possible. This will all be possible with the various published works that will be available on September 1, 2007 via www.callbuzz.com, as well as the dozens of seminars scheduled for the 2007/08 school year, the innovative podcast shows that are clearly available and the hundreds of others that will continue to be developed, various radio and TV show appearances, and some of the new products that are in the works.
In 2008, Dr. Buzz will open his new World Headquarters for World Karate Studio, Inc. (WKS-I, Inc.), where he will not only provide social skills karate and behavioral management training for special needs students, but also affective and practical karate instruction for non-special needs children, adolescents, and adults as well. Included at this location will be “A Step Ahead Tutoring,” a tutoring service owned and directed by Mr. Brad Lynch, Special Education Teacher and Homework Helping Specialist. There will also be a monthly parent/teacher training where all adults who support children with special needs can be taught Buzz’s tools, as well as other professionals who have committed their lives to working with children with special needs as well, i.e., Karen Wicks, Ph.D., John Comegno, Esq., etc.
The new location is 135 Eayrestown Road, Suite A, Southampton, NJ 08088, the phone number is 609-261-1022 and the mission is powerful. At the WKS-I, Inc. World Headquarters, Dr. Buzz will be offering training classes for karate instructors from all over the world teaching his effective formula for social skills instruction through his recently published social skills karate training manual called “Character Education Karate.”
Another mission Buzz is following through on is in creating a special needs division of martial arts competitions. Realizing some karate schools give extra attention to those with special needs, Buzz has established a system called Project PASE (People Achieving Self Esteem) in 1992, which provides karate supervision, instruction and competition for special needs individuals in order to promote self esteem, not sexier federation titles, bigger trophies or more world champions.
Lastly, Buzz has services soon to be utilized by major corporations, colleges, semi-pro, and pro sports teams. With a revised protocol called “Sticking to the Goal,” Buzz has helped various companies, colleges, and organizations learn how to work effectively together as a team, how not to become emotionally hijacked under pressure, how to maintain effective communication while under pressure, and how to maintain objectives in order to reach personal and organizational goals “as a team.” This model has been a major success for many and will now be marketed nationwide.
Buzz invites all of those who wish to be a part of his mission by following his many ideas, methods, systems, techniques, and protocols. Using the www.callbuzz.com website is only the start to what will soon become the land of “Buzzdom” where everyone can work together, just because, without others having to be disadvantaged.
